Still trying hard to make exercise part of my normal routine. Finding it difficult. It's just me can't imagine anymore how it would be working around a family's schedule. Goal this coming week is to walk every morning before work, have messed up my routine on that recently.
Sat morning, working on my weekend to do list and next week's schedule with my first cup of coffee. Getting fit and eating healthy is taking up a lot of my time. It is getting me off the couch and moving but going to the gym has also changed my after work time for getting chores etc. Done and anything else I want to do. With the weather warming it means the start of outside chores as well and at least 2 grandkid's baseball games a week. Will just have to get better at organization and multitasking.

Definitely worth it. Just challenging some days. Combined exercise and yard work today about 4 hours including about an hour tilling, the body especially my arms and shoulders are telling me it is exercise. 😁

Make extra hours in every day and still get some sleep. If I could live on less sleep but my body really likes 7-8 hours of sleep. I think every muscle in my body is sore after an hour tilling yesterday. Would hate to have one of those bouncy hard to control tillers!!

Definitely. And when you're sleep deprived, you don't enjoy things as much :P. It looks like tilling is a great exercise :D
