I tried that weight watcher's diet cola reciepe last night. It was awesome! I was pretty full and that made me happy. My husband had some left over pizza from Fortels. It was calling my name soooo bad. But I was proud of myself because I didn't have any. Took a bath instead and read a book. It wasn't hunger, it was cravings. i didn't need to eat, I wanted to. And that's the difference. It's a hard difference to make though. That's the hard part. Telling hunger from cravings.
