Tomorrow is my weigh in I feel like this one is the one that I have been waiting the longest for. I am hoping to hit the 50 pound weight loss mark. If I hit that goal them I will be halfway to my goal weight. I have had some tough days where I look and something I want to eat and have to tell myself look how far you have come. I know that I can allow myself a treat once in a while but I know in my mind I have not yet made it that far to trust myself with just having one of something. I already feel horrible not cooking some of my families favorite meals anymore because of this reason. Luckily they seem to be pretty understanding and I have mangeged to still cook some things for them like they love cheeseburger so I still make those and for myself I use turkey and lettuce instead of bread and red meat. I honestly say that I enjoy eating it like that now instead of the way I use to. It's very true once you have changed your eating habits and foods your taste buds to change. I noticed that some things I once loved taste so weird to me now. Had anyone else noticed this. Hope everyone is having a great Monday :)
