Well, my weight remains the same since Wednesday. I'll take that! This is about the weight where I'll really start to slow down. I just have to keep that in mind and keep working at it. I'm not changing my diet, but going to up my cardio again. Sort of slacked off since starting the gym. Trying to fit everything in, although I have been doing the treadmill and Tabata, which is a cardio/strength class. Adding Jaana's dance back in tomorrow morning. Time to sweat up a storm!
