This week has been sooo busy! no time for exercise, no time for eating properly, no time for FS journals or support. I'm just so overloaded in the office!
Despite that, I have managed to eat healthy stuff (mostly), and also not overeat. According to the scale I lost some weight, but I don't trust that machine. One day I'm down 300 grs, the next I'm up 400, and so on. So I think for the moment, and considering that I'm not going to exercise today most probably, I'll only weigh in again on sunday after killing myself in the gym 3 days ;)
