I am on a roll! Amazing how things work when you begin to change mentally! No Tabata today, trainer not available, so will work out at home later, and hit the gym tomorrow for treadmill and leg/butt work! Feeling good!

Thanks. It was funny this morning. I got on the scale and it actually said 127.4. I though, okay, only a few ounces but thats okay. Then realized a few minutes later, I was 128.6 or something like that on Sunday!!!!!! Duh!
