Hi all! just thought of sharing a joke with you. I hope your day is less stressful than mine... I'm hungry and I am feeling cold and I am tired. Ah, and still in the office, for a couple of hours.

But not all is bad! I'm still willing to exercise tonight :) Last week I kind of misbehaved. Although my daily/weekly numbers don't look bad, I know I ate things I shouldn't and I also drank more than I should have (this goes from coffee to sodas and alcohol, so I didn't want to weigh myself in on sunday (my official weigh in day).

Celebrations are over, so this week I'm back on track. This week I am challenging myself to eat properly again and to exercise more. Let's see how it goes!
