And some times we get lucky: Last night, for the fist time since Valentine's Day I went off the deep end - eating anything in sight. I weighed myself this morning and was amazed to find 0 gained!

Today I need to make sure I get back on track. Got my breakfast & lunch packed and, if the storm holds off, I plan to get a good walk in at lunch time.

Can't expect to get lucky twice in a row.

Getting right back on track is the key, my friend! As I quoted in my journal from my Mindful Eating book, as soon as you realize you're eating mindlessly, you become mindful… which is what you did & you took action to stay that way! Good for you! xoxox

Buffy, you had a moment of weakness. I am looking at your weight graph and you must be so proud. Keep up the momentum. Don't look back. I need you to be my inspiration as I haven't been doing very well for a couple of weeks now. YOU ARE AWESOME!
