Sort of got messed up today with my diet. Had my whey upon awakening along with my two bottles of water, and a coffee. Usually have breakfast a few hours later after working out. Today is a recovery day so no workout, had laundry to to , packages to mail, and some errands run for my mom. Forgot breakfast! Had a large salad for lunch, not my normal salad, but marked it as such, calorie content probably similar. Now grocery shopping, just in case I'm snowed in, LOL. Actually Saturday is always grocery day. Weigh in tomorrow, another thing I forgot this morning. Have a great day friends!
