It is Thursday! DH comes home from GA tonight so this is, by necessity, my indulgence day.
Pork loin, rutabaga and broccoli on the menu. The cheat part is that I will have already had my first dinner at 5. DH's dinner is served around 8 PM, and of course I will eat (again) with him. This breaks my 16:8 routine and adds another meal to the day's tally. Thus - my indulgence day.
FYI - I only do this on Thursday. If he doesn't have his butt home by 6 PM any other night I do eat without him!
