Weigh in tomorrow and of course I find myself getting all worked up about it. I never imagined having a fear of being weighed in as a part of my life lol. One might think its a little crazy if you ask me. I went as far as to dispose of the scale the scale I owed. My husband was not a a happy camper about that either considering it was one that I talked him into buying and told him it was a necessity. I guess I'm just worried because with all this crazy weather we have had these past few weeks it has been impossible to make it to the gym. It's like I have been held hostage in my own house. But like I always say as long as I don't see a plus number on the scale I am happy with that. Hope everyone has a happy Monday :)
