So I weighed in today I have a 1 pound loss which is perfectly fine. It’s probably actually more than that because I ate dinner late tonight… But regardless I am just below that 10 pound mark. I’m losing very slowly. Well, at least very slowly compared to last time I went low carb, but then again I was also a lot younger back then, and a lot more active.
In addition to losing weight this week, I definitely have a few non-scale victories: I’m breathing a lot easier. I am walking around a lot easier and with less pain. I am able to walk further without even getting winded. My clothes are feeling a little bit looser. And Well the scale may not show it I see my body changing.
My goals for the coming week are:
1. Increase fluid intake 2. Increase my activity by making sure I get up at least once an hour and walk around a little bit. 3. Keep my carbs around 20 g or less

I'm in the same boat you are. I lose inches b4 weight and I feel greater than before. It feels good to know when I'm doing something right and that is healthy for me. :)
