I started this on my android phone almost a week ago. Yesterday was the hardest day so far.

Today wasn't that easy either. We all went out to Applebees' for lunch. And my sisters ordered appitizers and dessert and big huge sandwiches and french fries and....I wanted it SO bad! I did have a yummy 7 oz steak though. And savory red sliced potatoes. got some broccoli too...but it wasn't that good. I ate it though, cause I was starving. And then...cassie orders chocolate lava cake with ice cream. I just wanted to rip that plate away and eat it!

I'm proud of myself though. Cause I ate right.
