On weekend I decided to buy my own scale so I wouldn't depend on the one at the gym. I also tried it on saturday and to my pleasant surprise, it showed some weight loss :) I tried to not get too excited, thinking that it could also be the variance between the one in the gym and this new one at home. But still, 3 kg variance is a lot ;) so I guess I must have definitely lost something.

I also measured myself again, and saw some changes and not all were for good. My legs have 1 more cm.! how can that be? I hope that is is just because my muscles were sore after so much exercise! My aim is to make my legs thin.

I'm happy that I lost some kilos and I'm also very motivated to continue losing, but lately I have been feeling so tired... I am eating properly and sleeping good hours as well, but I still wake up so tired and I don't know what is causing this.
