Cheese is my down fall, along with ice cream, oh gosh they have the loudest voice, and wow I feel like an assassin when they are around. If those to items are in the house then it is all over but the last rights.

Oh cheese! I swear, I was a mouse in another life! 1527 doesn't seem that bad, BB. Unless there are things that didn't make it on here? On those cold days, I try for soup. Soup has that Campbell's TV commercial comfort feel that always seems to help!

Well you over ate but it was good healthy food .... so I think maybe you needed more food. Can't hurt! I know you want to count those calories but I see you eating nutritiously. I am not worried, are you?

mrs mole - it is all there. I know 1527 doesn't sound bad, but I really, really want to lose these 12 pounds by Easter.

I also love bread. I have no problem with wheat or grains. Make a whole wheat weekly that is my own recipe or use some variation with various whole grains. Sourdough is great but like french and many Italian breads i like them with white flour even though there are variations with other flours so i don't make them often.
