My goodness. I hated to put that weight in. But I had to, Now let me see. I may have to come up with something else. I made a suggestion to some one else about going back to what made the number drop. This maybe what I need to do. Not really sure. because the calories amount has not change. Getting some exercise in. But it is like the body is still struggling to go back where it was. Stopping is not an option at this point. I know this thing can be done. I just have to do it. I'll keep moving

I understand & can relate to the 'struggle'! I also have been at a stand still OR up in the IT Box (scale) and just my general well-being. I was off my plan so I know it is due to that. Just can't figure WHY I had such intense cravings and would eat anything & everything in sight! I also decided to go on a plan I was on when I was younger that would get my body going to direction I want. It is a 4 day diet and so far seems to be doing well (but it is only day 2!) I'm listing the meals on this site. Let us know what works for you.

Go back into your Food Log and see what you ate between January 1st and 18th - that seemed to work very well for you!
