Happy Hump Day!

Did a weigh in this morning for the Valentines Day Challenge (another pound gone!). Was getting a little worried about falling into the "dreaded plateau". Won't weigh myself again until Sunday for the Easter Challenge.

I can put up with slow weight loss, just as long as it is steady.

Hope everybody else is doing well!

Mom - You gave me your secret - remember? 16:8! So far it has kept me in control. Average calories for the month are 1220. Plus, of course low carb and modified primal. I cannot thank you enough!!!
