I am going to try weighing myself weekly on friday this week. It`s getting too stressful seeing the numbers go up and down daily. I`m just going to record exactly what i eat and wait till friday.
My Goals this week are to cut out all bread and excercise daily apart from sunday.

You weight will always be fluctuating between what you have eaten and when you have used the bathroom. Focus on inches and the way your clothes fit instead.

I know i have to work on the number on the scales not being so important! Hopefully weighing in less and doing weekly measurements will help.
