oh no the scales said 55.1kg this morning thats just terrible i don`t know whats going on:(

Don't worry Ninaj! That sometimes happen. Wait until tomorrow and most that weight will probably go away. Have you slept well? Did you drink any water in the middle of the night perhaps?

Even if that lasts more than one day, spikes like that usually don't last in my experience ;)
