Cheesecake! I've made it before and it's pretty good. I used to hate avocado as a child but I love it now. Just mix with whatever's on the plate.

put 1/3 to 1/2 of one in a smoothie.
i do, 2 packed cups baby spinach pureed until juice and then add frozen fruit and [depending on if I'm needing more carbs or more fat that in that days meal plan] either 1/3 to half avocado or half of a banana and top off with just water.

its also good with "everything" seasoning smeared on toast rather than sliced or mashed with seasoning and used to adhere multiple leafs of lettuce together for extra sturdy (and flavorful) lettuce wraps - fill them with rice and meat

You have to salt it! Without salt or lemon/lime, you are right it tastes pretty bad. I like it on sandwiches when I am eating carbs. Turkey, swiss cheese and a few salted slices of avocado - yum. Also great on a powerhouse sandwich. Lots of people eat it mashed on toast.

I eat it because it’s good for you and high calorie which I need. I usually spread it on bread like a sandwich which is good. Today I didn’t want the bread so just peeled the skin and ate it with a little salt. Use to take them to work peel a side and squish it straight into my mouth lol. No baggies necessary.

Whenever you would normally add mayo or butter, add avocado instead. =) All the creamy goodness, and still with the fat and calories, but FAR more nutritionally dense!

When I make my meat loaf or meatballs, I add some avocado to make more moist and tender. So you don’t have to add egg or breadcrumbs as binding agent.
Also when I make home made beef and chicken burger.
Chicken breast, onion, garlic, any herb and avocado in the processor, ZINZIN grind them together

I make chocolate pudding and the best chocolate ice cream with ripe avocado. Great in a shake. Tons of recipes for avocado. Google is your friend.
