What a great weekend!! Full of working out, walking the dog and shovelling the damn snow. Had 2 glasses of vino friday night and that was all...woohoo. Its now superbowl sunday and I am saving the calories for at least 3 glasses...I almost dont want to as I am deep into ketosis which means it will take another few days to get back once i am out of it.

Heading to Philadephia for work for a couple days which means likely no workouts as its all day meetings followed by dinners with the vendor...and likely wine.

All good...no need to fret just going to continue with this great new way of eating and all will fall magically into place.

145 here I come!!!

I used to go to the gym at lunch when I was working. Maybe you have to work thru it, but maybe you can try it. Free dinners have been a downfall for me. but...good luck!

thanks everyone...philly got cancelled due to crappy weather ...not a terrible week but certainly not stellar. Two weeks till cuba...gotta behave for 2 weeks!!!
