Sun is out, dogs are outside for a few, I'm drinking my morning shake then braving the 10 degrees and hoping the main roads aren't a sheet of ice like my neighborhood and going to the gym. Really need to after 2 days of no gym my body is complaining.

Gym felt really good. Being somewhat of a couch potato this afternoon. Yea!! They are sending me a new tablet have been on the phone with microsoft. Will have it Tues or wed. Will send this one back.

10 degrees! I wish! -30 :( Have a great workout.

Oh yeah. Have been going again since my doc said go for it! Workout felt really good and the main roads are good. Someone said that she had heard the city was going to work on the neighborhoods today since we are expecting snow on Tuesday. -30 that's why I left Wisconsin back in 1969. I was in college, did not ever want to go through another winter there. It does get to -20 here some years but it is rare and doesn't stay there for long.
