My weigh ins are on Thursday. I have finally started my regular workouts. I worked out Thursday and Friday was curious Saturday morning before my workout if I was getting any added results at all. Thursday I hit 243. I jumped up and as Bill say WOOHOO! I was doe to 241.4 already. Why did I wait so long?I'm sure the exercise will help me get through my latest plateau. I have a gig tonight ad I always sweat because I move as I groove! LOL Happy February everyone.
