As this is the first of February, I thought I would write down my exercise and eating plan so I can evaluate myself at the end of the month like I did in January.

Exercise Plan:

I just finished day 10 of JM 30 day Shred and am going to continue with this as my morning workout until I reach 30 days. Then I am going to find another DVD challenge and do that as my morning workout - I was thinking about 10 Days to a better body video which alternated two 30 minute interval workouts for 10 days. That should get me through February for morning workouts.

Afternoon workouts will stay with 60 min interval runs on the elliptical Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays (as I can) and zumba on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.

Evening workouts are done with my daughter and the Wii Fit - I program and 30 to 60 minute workout to do with her and then while she plays by herself for 30 mins I do some power yoga to stretch out and relax so I can sleep.

Eating Plan: Small meals and stay within my points the best that I can. I am doing good during the day, but at night sometimes I crave salty and sweet. I may have to rearrange my meals and include a small salty sweet snack after dinner before bed.
