Hello FS friends and buddies. I am happy to report that I have just posted before and after pics. You can see on my profile or ATKINS - motivation and support group page. I am finally proud enough to post these pics and not so ashamed of the before pic. The before is my best friend in the pic, and yes, that is a beer. lol. Happy to report none of that going on now. Nothing but fat burning here. Would love to hear feedback. I know I have a ways to go, but I actually have a waist now and no longer look pregnant. I am very grateful for the 2nd chance I have been given and promise not to ever waste it again.
