JessPuente, ice-cream and cake should be allowed in every persons diet as long as it fits your calories budget. 😀
Unless it's a medical problem, I don't know about that.

Agree with Keilin. Though I will say that IIFYM can be disappointing sometimes. Yes cake and ice-cream can fit into the budget when dieting, but only if I have half or a quarter of what I consider a happy portion :( :( :( having the usual portion might fit calorically but make it extremely miserable the rest of the day or difficult to get enough protein and fiber.
