Wow can't believe it was another sunny day. But I will take them while it last. Nope did not go walking. Just seem to be something I should really be focusing on though. I have been tracking my progress to see where I went wrong. It was not so much of how much I ate. I think it was the sodium. My body seem to not do well with to much of it. I tend to hold on to extra fluids. Not really sure but I'm watching this. and I will see what the next few days look like. I've done well with my eating and drinking. Tomorrow I will go for a workout. I don't what to stop this. My body do seem like it is changing even though it is not showing on the scales. this will be enough for me to keep moving.

The scale IS moving. In the week between January 4th and 11th, you lost almost two pounds. Time to weigh in again and see how much more progress you've made.

I measured and was excited to see I had lost inches in waist and hips. I knew the clothes were getting looser, but was surprised about the inches lost. Try measuring == it will make you feel happy with yourself!
