UGH!!! Just realized I'm back into the orange line... The holidays and the pressure of this year being better is not helping me. I've lost control and havent been eating properly. It's been so bad that I cant even remember what I ate so I could log it down. I need to get out of my funk.

I backslid too I haven’t been tracking all that well and I know I haven’t been in a calorie deficit.
