Happy happy Monday...
Another fantastic workout in zwift....tried to do less elevation today..legs are still recovering from yesterday’s ride in nyc....tried to get more mileage today...knowing that as week goes along that may drop..once legs recover...I looked back through my Strava rides....before I took a vacation from riding...I was doing 14-15 mile ride...so I’m building back up...
It’s been 30 days will record my +1 pound gain shortly....just to get it caught up again....
Today is a trip to walmart...short list..could probably miss a week...but like to stay ahead ...
Betty Crocker is making chocolate chip cookies today...was that or blueberry muffins....can’t stay out of either one...till they are gone...then I have no problem.....
Well...need to prep for tomorrow’s ride...
