Happy happy Sunday....

A good night sleep does help....just did my morning ride in zwift...nyc again today...good thing about nyc like so many...hills..on most courses....you decide how hard you want to push it...

Watches several movies on Amazon prime yesterday...good way to kill hours...lol..

Been watching my resting heart rate come down on fitbit...thinking...although..scales are smiling and not showing gains...if resting heart rate is coming down...then another improvement in a healthier lifestyle I chose years ago....even though I’ve stumbled along the way...only to dust myself off and refocus once again...

Tomorrow’s walmart day once again..the week seems to pass so fast any more...another short list ...Betty Crocker is coming by tomorrow to visit with a batch of cookies...it’s my birthday...lol...no plans...just another day...

Well...time to prep for tomorrow’s ride....start the day off right with some movement....
