OK. I did go over my calories. I lost my data earlier in the week but I was maintaining below 1600 calories for the month before the data was lost. I am still under 1600 for the days I have recorded except for today. I want to show some sort of loss come Thursday's weigh in. Go Broncos. Go Seahawks.
