well, it seems the weekends i don't do as well. of course, this is probably a common event with others. i am still trying to be careful, keep track of daily calorie intake (EVERYTHING), trying to keep under about 1200 to 1400, definitely no more then that. i would like to really keep intake about 1000, but that is darn HARD to do on a daily basis. soon, will add exercise, like walking three times per wk briskly. just have to "get in gear".

This has been my ongoing issue, as well. I think it has something to do with how active we are during the week with things like work and kids, etc. Weekends, in my mind, feel like my days to loosen up and indulge...which pretty much cancels out every positive step I made leading up to them. If you ever come up with a foolproof way to prevent this, please share! But in the meantime I wish you luck on "getting in gear"; I totally relate! =)

sorry dont have a fool proof way to prevent......i guess just keeping track of everything and stopping when the tank is full i suppose....
