Wow I didn't eat enough and it's getting late. One of my things to do is to stop eating late at night and really going to bed earlier than what I've done in the past.
I notice if I'm online or watching TV I'm most likely to eat more without paying attention. So I will start just logging and try to keep up with it using these tools. Let's see how the rest of the night goes.
