I feel so happy lost 8 lbs and I'm very excited lol......just that much closer to my goal weight :) I just can't weight to really see the changes myself :) Thanks everyone for your continues support you have given me through this process. PS it was probably 10 lbs but of course I can not weight in at my Dr.s in my birthday suit :) :) :)
