I am up 2 lbs, but still under my goal weight. I am going to lose those 2 lbs because I like being under my goal weight. I am up to 50-60 net carbs per day, and still holding at about 1600 calories. It seems to be a good combination for me. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I am learning my limits which will help me monitor my goal weight for the remainder of my life.
