I have been hearing from others who have made the decision to lose some weight for the new year. Mt sister took the step last week and made some good commitments. She lost 6 lbs the first week. I am applauding her because she is so big. She, like me has fought this thing all of her life..
We are tired of being the big boned girls in our family. We don't have to settle anymore. Attention big boned girls, lets not settle for halfway! We can do it yeah!
