Have my weigh in tomorrow it's so funny I don't no why I always get so nervous about it. Since I have started my weight loss I have not gained any weight only lost. Although lay last weigh in was my worst but there is no avoiding that little monthly visitor lol........ I have done good and sticking under my calorie intake. It's funny I'm only going to the dr to get weighed in and go every 2 weeks and I' know by now that I have learned all great eating and exercise habits it's knowing that I have to face that scale and be held accountable for my weight loss that lights a little fire under me lol. I think if I would go for a weigh in and show a weight gain I would be really embarrassed. I'm hoping for a 4 lbs loss for this past 2 weeks so wish me luck :)
