Here I am again. The last 2 months have been horrible diet wise. I ate and ate. Now I am jumping back on the wagon, low carb style. This is the plan that works best for me. I know the first 2 weeks will be difficult. I enjoyed my time off eating ALL the foods and sweets, but I know I need to stop.
