Weighed in today at still 134. Great considering all the up and down crap I put my body thru eating. Have to learn to get thru stress without stuffing my face. Can't wait until the ice and such is gone, a good hour or so in the saddle would be great right now! Or a walk outside with the dogs, anything. Almost killed myself getting to the car this morning, so neither of the above mentioned is happening today!
