wholefoodnut's Journal, 19 Dec 20

The Saturday before Christmas. Wishing everyone a wonderful holidays whatever you celebrate.

It is a it of a reflection morning for me. I am being thankful that i have a wonderful family and a nice cozy home. I unlike many others this year will be spending time with my family both Christmas and New Years weekend.

I will be starting 2021 healthier though a few pounds heavier than i began 2020. I am able to work on my slow house remodel again which was on hold due to the repeated bronchitis and asthma issues. I decided to see if it was increased do to medication side affects. I weaned off the meds and have gradually improved dramatically over several months and am able to exercise again. No more exercise induced asthma and my stamina is returning. My meds sit unused in the cabinet.

I so miss people contact and will be happy when the restrictions are lifted. I am lucky that i do have contact thru my job though currently working from home indefinitely. Not quite the same as in person.

Time to get busy. Weekend chores await.
