I ended up not "scaling" before I got in the swing of things today so I'll wait til tomorrow to document. TGIF buddies. It's been a WEEK. Also stayed up wayyy too late yesterday so happy this day is almost half over already. Still way to much to do but hoping the afternoon will be quiet and smooth now. I ate a lot of volume yesterday (been hungry) but stayed within limits and on-point for types. Today bone broth just sounds really good. Warm, yummy, a little salty. Maybe I'm a little down on fluids or something. Have to keep an eye out and keep the fluid up. Or maybe I'm just hella tired LOL.
