Ugh I ate too much while I was away for thanksgiving. I realize a lot of other people did too. So nice to know I’m not alone. I did weigh myself but am not logging it in like all the other brave FS people. I’m gonna hold out until the 1st and hopefully the scale will dip down a bit as I get back to my diet.

I think most of us did 😋 I gained 5 lbs thanksgiving week lol so I’m back tracking now but it’s a new week 😊 Good luck on your healthy lifestyle journey.🌈👍🍀

Thanks Damablack13 and Draglist for the support. I just threw all the leftovers in the freezer including the sweets. I cant bring myself to throw food out and I've been trying to eat it before it goes bad. Not helping the diet and portion control. In the freezer is my safe place LOL. My poor freezer has soo much left overs. It buys me time before having really throw food out and the mental game of not being wasteful.

I did the same. I also throw leftovers into the freezer if I'm not eating them in two days. Nice knowing I have backups 😊
