So my weigh in is tomorrow and I have no idea why I feeling so anxious about this one. I know I ate the right foods so I'm not sure why I'm letting it bother me lol.......so we will see I'm looking for a 4lbs loss!!!

Well no matter what the scale says, you are doing great things for your health and future. The scale doesn't always reflect our efforts for the week until next week or later. I'm sure you will do great though.

I lost 7lbs!!!!! So I'm not sure why I was so nervous. And yes you are right about doing great things for my health and future :)
