Fasting a.m. blood sugar 120; weight 167.7
Plan: keto/exercise
Didn't feel like egg this morning, so ate biscuit, cheese, peanut butter, applesauce and drank 3 cups of hot tea. Lunch: chicken noodle soup. Supper: Keto Baby Pancake, cottage cheese, applesauce. I was going to ride the exercise bike today but after I walked out to the mailbox and back I changed my mind. Hank was so excited -- he thought we were going for a walk. Poor dog! No one has been outside much this week and he wants a friend's attention. Bedtime glucose 78.

Chia seed omelette is delicious, especially with freshly picked kale and Swiss chard instead of spinach.
