Fasting a.m. blood sugar 117; weight 166.6
Plan: Follow appetite, attempt Keto
I felt like cooking and doing some housework today. Saw a recipe for Keto Dutch Baby Pancakes and tried it. Hubby taste test: 2nd piece please! Lunch was son's homemade chicken noodle soup, so good! Snack attack this evening -- poor choices were left out of their hiding places. Supper was cottage cheese and unsweetened applesauce. Hubby not feeling well today -- he went to bed at 7:30 again this evening. Son is taking care of us like a mother hen!
Macros today: 33/49/18; calories 1130; fiber 11.4; net carbs 88.61. Drinking hot tea with apple cider vinegar and honey at bedtime, for my sore throat.
