Played a couple of hours on tennis wii. I am not ready to start thinking about my "diet." fortunately, i am very moderate in my eating. and I have new year's resolutions including cutting out cheese, for sure. That is a lot of fat right there.. luv, mary

Sounds like you're on the right track! You don't necessarily have to think about the diet, as long as you exercise and eat right like you're doing! Excellent!
