Fasting a.m. blood sugar 151 (was 80 at bedtime so I ate 1/2 piece of Keto gingerbread and handful of nuts. Looks like I over corrected!) weight 169.3 Plan today: IF/Ketp/exercise Cold this morning -- 42, but supposed to be 84 degrees later today. No frost this morning. Seems so odd to need heater and jackets after needing fans and air conditioner two days ago.
