Fasting a.m. blood sugar 107; weight 168.4 It is rainy, windy, and cold -- a coat day! I spent some time covering up my beans and cantaloupe vines. They will be ok tonight, but we have a real freeze coming soon. Beans are almost ready to pick and I want to give them a little more time. Maybe I can save the tomatoes too. This is just a temporary cold spell and we will have summer/fall again. Hubby cooked a delicious stew from leftovers I had saved in the freezer and I baked Keto gingerbread. Its a good day for stew! But the cornbread he baked was definitely not keto -- still delicious. Macros 19/67/14; 2025 calories; fiber 17.8; net carbs 78.61; net kcals -373.
