Yesterday was my birthday and I blew it all.....sodium and calories! Went out to dinner last night...everything tasted salty! It WAS salty!

This morning BP 126/70 and Pulse 68
took 40 mg of lasix in morning with meds and again at noon. A little edema where sox are on legs and feet tight in shoes but not as bad as when I was eating the jerky! LOL Taking bananas instead of K+ supplements.

I'm eating meat broth "soup" for lunch with a piece of corn bread in it, but no way to calculate the calories in it, so will just put down some veggies and an ounce of meat (probably not that much in it)

Happy Birthday Oxdrover (Joyce?)! Birthdays are days for celebration and we need those days to let loose a little. Take a couple of days to make up (pay) for it and carry on where you left off! You are doing an outstanding job, keep it up!
