ate too late last night, FBS 120 this a.m.
took 20 mg lasix
BM+++++ (I think the addition of the flax seeds is causing frequent and loose stools) very much gas as well.
no edema in a.m.
wt 190 with light/night clothes on

Did not sleep well, bilateral hip pain, restless, got to sleep late, slept late in morning but not deeply after daylight...bed clothes kicked around.

Late afternoon, have some edema, 1 pitting, but have been sitting most of day due to cold outside. WIND CHILL outside is pretty severe. House staying same temp but noticed that gas pressure on range top is lower than normal and so have to crank up to get the same amount of flame to heat water for increasing humidity.

Getting out the higher sodium foods that are in freezer and pantry that David can eat so getting "rid" of them....out of the way. Got on PREVENTION magazine web site today and they were talking about the 7 foods you should NEVER eat...grain fed beef (we don't) Non-organic apples or potatoes (we do) and CANNED tomatoes (we do) so 4 out of the 7 we eat. The tomatoes in CANS, the acid releases something out of the cans. Sheesh...so I will have to go to raising my own taters (can do) and either buy organic apples or go to another fruit that doesn't have to be so highly sprayed.
